1) The Service

Munchi is a web-based application that allows users to earn and use in-app points and features. The Service may include optional third-party rewarded offers provided by external partners.

2) Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• If an offer has additional age or regional requirements, you must meet those requirements to participate.
• By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally allowed to do so in your jurisdiction.

3) Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4) Points, rewards, and offers

• Points or rewards earned in Munchi are for in-app use only and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.
• Points may be earned by completing actions or third-party offers.
• Third-party offers are operated and verified by external providers (such as TheoremReach and its advertisers).
• Completion of an offer is subject to verification by the offer provider, not Munchi.
• Rewards may appear as pending, delayed, reversed, or denied based on advertiser validation.

Reward credit is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to revoke or adjust points in cases of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, duplicated accounts, or violation of offer requirements.

5) Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or automated systems to access the Service.
• Use VPNs, proxies, or other methods to manipulate offers or rewards.
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair rewards.
• Provide false or misleading information when completing offers.
• Attempt to interfere with tracking, attribution, or fraud-prevention systems.

6) Third-party services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or offers. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Your interaction with third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

7) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

8) Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Service or rewards.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munchi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or third-party offers.

10) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
